Grade E, D, & C Security Guard
We are seeking dedicated security guards to join our team. You will be responsible for protecting property, assets, and personnel through surveillance and access control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Conduct regular security checks and maintain detailed incident reports
- Control access points and verify identification of visitors and employees
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations according to established protocols
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and emergency services
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid PSIRA Certificate (Grade E, D, or C)
- Minimum of 6-12 months security experience (preferred)
- Clear criminal record
- Physical fitness and alertness
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must be punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance
- Must be available to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Sales Executive - Security Solutions
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our range of security services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-impact, rewarding environment with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security sector
- Conduct site visits and security assessments for potential clients
- Prepare and present customized security proposals and quotations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Attend industry events and networking functions
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security, facilities, or technology sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to assess client needs and present value-based solutions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
